Shipping Policy
At Laila Roohi Faisal Designs, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping options. Here's our shipping policy, outlined pointwise:
Delivery within India:
We try to deliver all our orders within 12-15 days. All the products in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days.
Delivery outside India:
For orders outside India, we charge a shipping fee of Rs. 2800/-.
We attempt to deliver all the international orders within 15-20 business days.
Shipping Time Frame: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Delivery time will depend on your location, and can range from 5-12 business days.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your package online.
Delivery Attempts: If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will attempt delivery again on the next business day. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Shipping Updates: We will keep you updated on the status of your order, including shipping updates and delivery notifications.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to lailaroohifaisaldesigns@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancelled orders.
Exchange: We exchange only within a notice of 48 hours after delivery. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy for more information.
